$1000 Room Available- Near Porter Square- Large Quiet Shared Apt

We have a bedroom available September 1, in our 5 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment near Porter Square in Somerville. The rent is $1000 per month plus utilities. If you join the house you will be signing the 12-month lease. Our group is currently a mix of working professionals and graduate students. We are looking for a friendly, tidy, and respectful roommate to join the group. The place is well connected, 10 minutes by walk to the Porter station and a minute walk to bus lines. Street parking is available as well. Unfortunately no pets are allowed per landlord policy. If interested, please respond with some days and times you are available for a tour!
