$1050 Awesome Converted Bedroom, AWESOME Roommates in College Terrace

Spacious, affordable, converted bedroom biking distance to Stanford and walking distance to Cal Ave! Looking for a cool lady to join a fun but relaxed group of roomies. Available for move in anytime beginning June 10th - I'm happy to negotiate prorating rent to allow flexible move-in!

The lease would be until July 31, 2019, co-signed with existing roomies!

Note: The dividing wall shown in the current pictures is actually blackout curtains (way better, I just need to post some updated photos; will do ASAP)!

LIVE HERE IF:

1. You want cheap rent ($1050 a month is ridiculously awesome if I may say so myself.)
2. You want flexible move-in dates (anytime June 10-July 1).
3. You want nice, new furniture set up for you already! (Or not, but would prefer to leave it furnished.)
4. You want an easy, safe, commutable area close to fun things!
5. You want wonderful, welcoming, inspiring women for roommates!
6. You're okay with/preferably love small, cuddly, low maintenance Yorkies (just one)!
7. You, yourself, are an awesome, fun lady!

The only reason I'm moving out is to live in SF closer to work; I am looking to pass on the privilege of living with excellent roommates in a great apartment. I can leave it furnished, partially furnished, or unfurnished (currently, I have a full closet set-up, bed frame + mattress, desk, book case, chair, lamps, etc.). I am happy to negotiate what you'd like to keep and what goes!

The room used to be a dining room during a time when normal people could afford dining rooms. Now it's a spacious, ground floor bedroom with a door and double, blackout curtains to cover the small walkway opening on one wall. As the only room on the ground floor (three bedrooms upstairs full of super respectful roommates), it feels very private!

There is a great, spacious living room as well as a back patio with shade! Kitchen has ample space and a dishwasher. The ground floor bathroom is pretty much yours to control; shower is in the bathroom upstairs, shared with two other girls. There is lots of cabinet space and storage (I use some cabinet space as dresser space) around and near the room!

Washer and dryer are right outside the front door, literally. There are four other units in the complex, but the washer and dryer are used basically only by our unit! There is ample, safe parking right out front.

About the roommates:

• A 25-year-old skilled sales professional for HP, this roomie loves baking and generally bringing a loving, fun vibe to the house. She has an awesome little half roommate (READ: the apartment currently is home to an adorable, well-behaved little Yorkie pup named Minnie).
• A 26-year-old recruiter for a top law firm in the area, this roomie loves working out and going on awesome trips and adventures. Also found watching dramatic HBO shows.
• A 26-year-old research coordinator in the Stanford School of Medicine and will be applying to PhD programs in the fall. She loves watching a lot of Jane the Virgin and any and all comedies.

All of the above are wonderful, successful, mature, responsible women who need a fourth to replace me :(! Be prepared for a lot of wine and Netflix (if you want, but I highly recommend). It's very easy to live here - you can have as much space as you want, but I've made such great friends with these ladies! I'm so sad to leave, but hope you can take advantage of this great room!
