$1050 Downtown Sunnyvale: Female Roommate Wanted; Available early June

I'm looking for a female to move into my existing duplex (2bd, 1ba) in Sunnyvale under a 12-month lease. Rent for the available room is $1,050 plus 1/2 the cost of utilities. There's ample parking, a garage for storage, and laundry on-site (no extra fee). Most of the furniture/decor/appliances/kitchenware in the house is mine, so you don't have to worry about purchasing much. You would have full-kitchen access and access to everything in the shared spaces.

The house is about a 12-minute walk from the Caltrain station, and within 5 miles of Costco, Safeway, Target and more.

Unfortunately, no pets allowed.

A bit about me: I'm a 27 yo female. I don't smoke or do drugs. I work full-time at Stanford. I'm home during most weeknights cooking dinner and watching cable. On the weekends, I often go for hikes/long walks and bars with friends. I'm not the landlord - I will be your roommate.
