1. This is a furnished room with twin size bed, desk, cable TV,mini-fridge, microwave etc.It is in a single house in Palo Alto. It has own bathroom and own entrance . Share kitchen and with one Stanford Ph.D(girl) and VMWare software engineer (boy) . It is about 10 X 12 square feet.

2. It is lacated on West Charleston Road, Palo Alto. Close to VTA bus #88, #22, #522. 1.5 mile to San Antonio Shopping center on Mountain View and Los Altos. 3 miles easy way bike to Stanford University. 4 miles to Palo Alto downtown and Menlo Park downtown and 5 miles to Redwood City. In the middle of San Francisco and San Jose.

3. The room will be available from August 15th, 2016. Rent is $1050/month + share Utilities($50-80/month/person including high speed internet, cable TV). $1050 security deposit. Prefer six months lease at least.
   Parking on nearby street and it has a washer and coin operated dryer.
