$1050/mo -Open room in Redwood city House starting July

I am a graduate student at PGSP-Stanford PsyD consortium. I am moving out of my room on July 1st to move up to SF for the summer. My current house is located in Redwood city on Madison Ave. The house is close to multiple parks, a whole food and the Sequoia Station shopping area in downtown RWC.

It is a 3BR/2 full bath house with two large living areas and a spacious kitchen. The house has a large grass backyard which is perfect for bbqs and enjoying the sun. I pay $1050/month for rent and Utilities each month are around $60. I currently live with two Stanford professionals: one is also a graduate student in the same clinical psychology doctoral program at PGSP-Stanford PsyD consortium and the other in a Registered Dietitian working at Lucile Packard Children's Hospital at Stanford.
They are both clean, responsible, and considerate housemates, and are looking for someone who is similar. My housemates prefer a longer term housemate, but they are also willing to work with shorter term renters. My lease ends September 1st with the option to continue the lease into next year.
