I am a very motivated, clean, and responsible mid-twenties female. My hobbies include cycling, yoga, and cooking. I am involved in absolutely no drugs or smoking, and I have no pets (not allowed in the complex).
About you:
My ideal roommate will be a graduate student or young professional (no couples, please). Strongly prefer female in my age group.

Rent:
$1050 + utilities (PG&E, internet)
Move-in date is early-mid April.

Lease term is until June 30th with possibility to renew if all goes well.

There is a possibility for the bedroom to also be furnished for an additional fee.
