I have a very beautiful 2-floor townhouse apartment Private bedroom with separate bath available in 2 bed/2 bath apartment in Daly City. Its a townhome style in apartment (2 floor) with private patio , see sample
pictures (not actual apartment since I don't move until next month but have signed the lease and looking to find a person to sublet timely) and floor plan pics below. There is spacing in between the two rooms.
There is plenty parking on streets, its on the first floor with staircase entrance (nothing above it) in a quite green residential area.

Mostly residential, Close to Grocery stores including a big Pak n Save (Safeway family I think!) , lots of restaurants and other stores in that complex. Nearby Bowling Center and another large mall

Dates and Pricing:

I signed the lease but have travel plans that have come up hence looking to sublet for these dates only. Sublet only for the dates below and no longer stay option available unfortunately.

Rent $1080 (prorated from Dec 9-Jan 4 at 1200/month for room) Apartment Room with separate Bath (Daly City) [be the first one to move after this new signed lease by me]

Rent will be price above + utilities separate to be split per usage (Internet+Electric Sewer+Gas+Trash+Water). To commitment - One month refundable deposit is required, so your initial moving cost would be 1080 (advance rent)+$1200(dep) = $2280 for one room. Deposit is refundable based on returning house in similar condition as given.

If you need I can extend/prorate this till Feb 15 and can provide the entire house also from Jan 5 - Feb 2 timeperiod
(at $2400/month rate for both rooms). Please let me know your requirements.

Myself: Single, straight male in late 20s, easy going, no nonsense fun loving guy, work at a reputed Fortune 500 co. with stable income. Happy to provide more details upon discussion.
