I'm looking for a roommate to take a room in a spacious 3BR-2.5BA condo home located right on the border of Palo Alto and Mountain View, very close to the Caltrain station and the San Antonio Shopping Center (Trader Joe's, Target, Walmart, Milk Pail, Safeway, basically everything). Length of sublease relatively flexible.

-- safe, quiet, upscale community with professionals and families
-- great location - 3 minute walk to San Antonio Caltrain station, Caltrain noise isn't an issue
-- right by the San Antonio Shopping Center, one of the biggest shopping malls in the area and a public transportation hub
-- close to Stanford, Google, Facebook, etc, easy access to highways 101, 280

-- Total size is a spacious 1526 sq. ft. Two floors, 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms.
-- Right now I am the only one living there, but I'm getting 2 roommates to fill all 3 bedrooms
-- Rooms are furnished. Bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, common area/living room, and patio will be shared.
-- Shared bathroom has a bathtub as well as shower
-- Nice washer & dryer machines already hooked up in the garage
-- Sorry, no pets
-- There's community parking that's easy to find. I've never had problems.

Here's the deal:

• Sublease length relatively flexible, email me and we'll discuss
• Your rent share is $1100/month plus equal split of utilities & internet. I don't have TV or cable.
• Last month of rent up front as security
