Looking for like-minded roommate, clean (lE doing your dishes when your done with them and not leaving clutter), respectful, ecologically aware, into conserving resources, drama free, self-motivated, good communicator, likes travel, likes yoga, and exercise.

This large 12x13 bedroom has an en-suite private bathroom, hardwood floors, 3 windows so lots of light, and is currently partially furnished with bed/desk/dresser. It is in a 2bed/2bath well-kept bungalow style home, washer dryer, dishwasher, fireplace, hardwood floors throughout the house. Located in a very safe and nice residential neighborhood 5 miles straight shot from Stanford, 2 miles from Google/Microsoft Area, close to bus stops, and 10 min walk to train station. One mile to Whole Foods, Trader Joes, Target and just a 5 minute walk to Castro restaurants. Local public pool is 5 minute walk from house. The house is a professional and quiet household.

Rent is month to month and agreement is made with landlord who lives behind the house (an older very nice respectful couple, they own several houses all next to each other here). Will require security deposit, proof of income, and references. Rent includes electricity, water and garbage. Rent does not include internet and gas. Landlord has a policy in rental agreement for minimal overnight guests. One month notice before moving out.

No smoking, parties, pets, or drugs. Street parking is available all the time. There is not much of a yard to hang outside but there is a park 2 blocks away. No storage. No strong smells (like incense and air fresheners, have allergy). There is no cable or TV at the house. Possibility of hiring house-cleaning service with shared cost once a month.
