I have a room free in this great 3-bedroom townhome in Mountain View. It is in a housing development and you will have access to the pool and a hot tub. Dates are VERY flexible, we can do a yearly lease, or a 3-month lease. Of course, the longer you stay, the cheaper your rent would be.

- Flexible - around $1000/month + utilities per room (negotiable)
- Probably a little more if your lease is short (around 3 months)
- Minimal kitchen use - good for cooking for yourself, not good for dinner parties (perfect if, like me, your work provides dinner)
- No smoking indoors - but surrounding area is very safe for walks at all hours
Room:
- You will be renting one or two (almost identical) bedrooms that share a common bathroom in the hall (pictured). They are a little larger than the average Stanford bedroom.
-This room is currently furnished with a queen-sized bed.
About me:
- I'm a Stanford Electrical Engineering alumni who graduated a few years ago (statistics support that I am male).
- I work at a technology company in the area, and so I'm rarely at home.
- When I am home, I love to cook and invite friends over for board games or video games.
- I don't party much in the house (due to neighbors) itself but I do enjoy the SF nightlife.

- Interested in tech / somewhat of a geek (like me)

- Willing to provide references (mutual friends from Stanford would do)
- Responsible (i.e: willing to keep the floor free of scratches, pay rent on time... etc)
