The room does not come furnished. Your roommates would be 2 guys and 1 girl in their 20's and early 30's: Stanford / MIT entrepreneurs and Stanford Econ PhD student. They are an active group who enjoy cycling, music, acro, surfing, motorcycling, and flying. We're looking for someone who is responsible, clean, fun, and easy to get along with. The landlord maintains the property well, and responds quickly to repair requests (which are not needed very often).
