$1150 / 1100ft²- one room in 2BR/1BA, great location close to stanford

Hey Folks,

My roommate of 2.5 years is moving out and i have 1BR to offer in 2BR/1BA apartment. The apartment is located in evergreen park neighborhood of Palo Alto. Its a great location: steps from California Ave shops and restaurants, post office, 2 blocks from Stanford, few minutes walk to Peers Park. I have lived here for 2.5 years and really like the neighborhood.

The apartment is very spacious (1100 sq feet+) with a big living room, and comes fully furnished. The room is partially furnished also with a closet and table / chair. Some pics are attached.

About the roommate: I am 28M, Stanford PhD who works in the bay area and also teaches at Stanford. I usually keep very busy and make minimal use of the kitchen. I would prefer somebody is quite and cooks minimally also.

Your share of the rent will be 1150$ + utilities/2. There is a monthly cleaning service also which i would like to split. The room is available starting in January first week. It would be ideal for a Stanford post doc / resident / graduate student, somebody who works in/around Palo Alto / Mountain View.
