Hello!

I will be travelling for the next few months, so I am looking for someone to take over my 1 year lease, (ending June 2016), for my wonderful bedroom in a conveniently located Palo Alto house with great roommates. The lease is extendable after June 2016 if you so desire.

The 5 bedroom / 3 bath house is in a cheerful and quiet neighborhood just off Embarcadero, and is an easy 15 minute bike ride to Stanford campus through tree-lined neighborhoods, or about the same to Google along the Bay Shore bike trail with great views of the San Francisco Bay. There are 5 other roommates, all young professionals, who are very friendly, responsible, and easy to get along with, and who keep the house tidy. You will be sharing a bathroom with one other male, who is very respectful.

Wifi, washer/dryer, (enormous) fully stocked kitchen access, plenty of personal shelf/refrigerator space, etc are all included. The landlord is great and very easy to deal with.

Rent is $1150, plus 1/6th of utilities cost, which usually comes out to around $50-75 per month (depending on the season). There is a refundable one month's rent security deposit. The room will be available starting Oct 1.
