$1150 female roommate for cozy 1bdr in upscale apt washerdryer in unit

Hi ladies,

I'm looking for a friendly non smoking female roommate (20's-30's preferred) to share a 1 bedroom apt. The room is available after August 23rd with a flexible move in date from August 23rd till September 29th. I am willing to do a 3, 6, or 9 month lease OR lease as a M-F commuter room for professional females (please inquire for commuter rates). Rent does not include utilities.

+Great location! Near El Camino and Arastradero road
+5 min drive to Stanford, 7-10 min drive to downtown PA, and 15 min drive to Castro street
+If you don't have a car, the apt is right next to a bus stop that takes you to Stanford, downtown PA, and San Antonio Shopping.

About me:
I'm a recent college grad/f/non-smoker/working professional at Stanford. I work most weekends, but when I have a weekend off I like going out for a drink or two with friends =). I'm really clean, relaxed, and easy going with my roommates.
