$1150/month - Large room for rent in EPA (move in 6/15 through 7/1)

Hello potential housemate, we are excited to meet you!

We are looking for you to fill a long-term room in our gorgeous 4-bedroom home!

The three of us are friendly professional males in our late 20's. Two of us work near Stanford and another is a graduate student. One of us is subleasing his room for the summer, but he will return in mid-August. We are looking for a friendly, considerate long-term (~1 year) housemate of any gender. The room is available now - we would be interested in hearing about your move-in date and prefer for it to be between June 15th and July 1st.

This house is right across the Dumbarton bridge in a new, family-centric East Palo Alto neighborhood. Easy access to Highway 101. 20-25 drive min to SFO Airport. 10 minute drive to downtown Palo Alto.
