$1,150
THE TL;DR:
$1150 - 115 sq. ft. room in 2BR/1BA Daly City apartment, available March 1 for a yearlong lease. Available for showing on most weeknights and weekend afternoons.
THE LOCATION:
The apartment (115 Knowles Ave., Daly City, CA 94014) is a straight, short walk (0.3 miles, ~10 minutes) from the Daly City BART station and is very close to the 280 freeway and Route 1/19th Ave. I haven't really done too much exploring of Daly City given that San Francisco is right next door, but the Westlake Shopping Center is nearby for your basic shopping needs.
THE ROOM:
The room itself is 11.5' x 10', with a carpet floor and a large mirrored closet taking up half of one of the walls. The room will be unfurnished when you move in, except for a futon mattress, a desk, and a chair (all can be removed, if desired).

THE DIRTY DETAILS:
THE FINANCIALS:
Rent is $1150 per month, and your share of the utilities (PG&E and internet) will be ~$50-$70 per month. Water and garbage is included in the rent. Various living expenses (TP, paper towels, garbage bags, cleaning supplies) will be split between us.
Your share of the security deposit ($750) and the first month's rent will be due before move-in ($1900 total). Be aware that you will need to fill out a rental application, and you'll need to provide proof of income to the landlord and provide credit reports. The landlord will also want to meet with you in person.
THE PICTURES:
I've attached pictures of the bedroom, living room, kitchen, and bathroom.
THE ROOMMATE:
27 year old male with a day job down at Stanford. When not working, I split my time between going out with friends, kicking it at home, and being an actor in the bay area's vibrant independent theater scene. Clean, laid-back, and I prefer to save being loud for the outside world.
