$1180: One room available in spacious 4 bedroom house in Mountain View

One bedroom is available in a spacious four bedroom house in Mountain View. This is a beautiful, fully furnished house with two big living rooms, and a giant kitchen. You would be sharing 1.5 bathrooms with two of the other housemates. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, utensils, plates, and numerous household appliances.

The bedroom is fully furnished with a dresser, really big closet, and bookshelf. It came with a twin bed, but you also have the option of purchasing a full sized bed and mattress for $250 (it was only bought ~6 months ago for $600). Utilities (including electricity, cable and internet) are extra and come out to about $65-70 a month.

The three housemates are all women in their mid-twenties. One is a grad student at Stanford, and the other two work in tech. They are all clean, responsible, and considerate housemates, and are looking for someone that is similar. I'm looking for someone to take over my spot for this current lease that goes until the end of August. There is a possibility to re-sign the lease at the end of that as well.

The house is about a mile from downtown Mountain View, a 10 minute drive away from Google, and a 15 minute drive away from the Stanford campus. There are buses (from about 2 blocks away) that go to both downtown Palo Alto, and San Jose.
