$1185 1 Master bedroom in 2 bedroom/1 bathroom apartment (palo alto)

Hi all,

My flatmate is moving out and his room will be available in June/late May (for a 6 month lease).

The Apartment:
It's a 2 bedroom/1 bathroom apartment with fully equipped kitchen and a fully furnished living room. There's a pool and laundry on site.
It is located in 241 Curtner Avenue, Palo Alto. It is conveniently located next to Park avenue (bike path to campus), very close to California Avenue and San Antonio Road.

The Room:
Master bedroom, unfurnished (my flatmate could sell you his furniture).
The rent is $1185 (single occupancy), plus utilities.

The flatmate (me):
I'm a postdoc (28 year old guy), clean and organized, but pretty chilled.
I enjoy hanging out with my friends/colleagues while savoring one of the many craft beers CA has to offer.
I also like martial arts, riding my bike (bicycle) and lately, wall climbing/bouldering.
