I'm looking for someone to take over my lease in mid-May or on June 1. My room is in a large house in a nice neighborhood in Redwood City. 0.5 mile walk to Caltrain Station and close to many grocery stores/shops. The room has direct access (Jack and Jill style) to a bathroom that is shared with 2 other housemates. There are 7 bedrooms total in the house but several of the current housemates are moving right now so the house is emptier than usual. All housemates have to pass a background check. The housemates that are staying are all working professionals in their late 20s-early 30s. There's a shared large kitchen, dining room, living room, and washer/dryer. There are parking spaces available on the property and it's easy to find free street parking less than a block away. Room is available to see in person or through video. I'm leaving all my furniture so you don't have to buy anything (twin bed frame, twin mattress, storage ottoman, closet organizer, small multi drawer chest, night stand).
