• quiet area close to Alma Street and Oregon Expressway
• house shared with 5 other people (2 women, 3 men; Stanford postdocs and young professionals working in the area)
• spacious and airy common spaces; big kitchen and living room with a dining area
• bathroom shared with 2 other housemates
• 15 minutes biking distance from campus, 5 minutes (10 on foot) from California Avenue (Caltrain station)
• 5 minutes (15 on foot) from the Midtown Shopping Center (CVS, Safeway, banks)

I am moving out and looking for someone responsible to take over my room from the end of June. The best fit would probably be somebody in their late 20s / early 30s, or at least of a similar mental age :). The housemates are all nice, considerate people who will respect your right to work / study / sleep in peace. We are not a party house but if you feel like organizing a bbq or inviting friends for a game night from time to time, it's of course perfectly okay.

If you only need the room for a shorter period (a few months), it's generally fine but we have an unwritten rule that the person moving out is responsible for finding a replacement.
