$1200 (after utilities) 240 sqft room + private 1/2 bath, Redwood City

I'm moving to a new place, and so I'm finding a new tenant to move into the room I'm vacating in Redwood City. If you're interested, please reply to this post with some information about yourself and when you're available to see the room/meet the landlord.

I'm currently planning to move out on November 9th, but could be flexible depending on the move-in date that you need.

Size:
Main room - 16'6" x 11'5"
Closet - 6'4" x 2'7"
Private half bathroom - 7'6" x 5' (you'll share a full bathroom with the commuter housemate for showering)

Location: Hudson and James in Redwood City. 10 minute walk to RC Caltrain station and Safeway. 20 minute drive to Stanford

Utilities are included, including cable (with a cable box in your room.) You'll have storage some space in the kitchen (fridge, freezer, pantry) and full use of shared areas, as well as a private mini-fridge next to the bedroom. Washer and dryer in the house. You have an assigned parking spot.

Some furnishings available if desired, including a bed, tv, and dresser. Towels/bedsheets available as well.

The house has 3 bedrooms total, with the landlords (older married couple) living in the master bedroom, you in one bedroom, and a commuter in the third bedroom on some weeknights. There are two small dogs here, though one is deaf+blind.

The landlord's terms:

• Male only
• Prefer someone who rarely works from home during the day
• Month-to-month lease, though 3 month minimum stay preferred
