$1200/month Bedroom in Palo Alto 2 miles from Stanford campus

My housemate and I are looking for a third person to share our fully furnished apartment starting Sep 1 (earlier is also possible). The apartment is located on Kendall Ave, 2 miles away from Stanford campus (7 min by car, 12 min by bike). You would be moving into a spacious bedroom (13.5x11ft) with rent at $1200 per month. The room has a big closet and includes a desk, book shelf, and queen-size mattress. I am a Stanford recent grad and my housemate is working on his own startup.

More info about the apartment:

• The apartment has 2 bedrooms, living room, dining area, shared bathroom, and kitchen with all the usual appliances (fridge, microwave, toaster, stove/oven, and even a dishwasher!). You are welcome to share any of the utensils/appliances we have.
• The living room has been converted into an additional sleeping area so that three of us can share the apartment and would be occupied.
• There is a laundry room downstairs, as well as a pool, and free parking space.
• There are quite a few restaurants within walking distance (Mexican, Chinese, Hawaiian, Thai, Korean, pizza, sandwiches) as well as a small grocery store
