Hi! I'm looking for someone to take over the master bedroom in a 2bed / 1.5 bath townhouse in Mountain View! I'm in the living room (walled off via divider), and my sister will be in the second bedroom upstairs. It will be available starting 7/1, but tenant can move in starting June 24. Unit is furnished with bed, desk, and drawer. Neighborhood is very safe (minor / bike thefts once in a while). Looking for someone who can sign 1 year lease.
Here's some more info about the space:
- Located within walking distance to Shoreline Tech campuses (Google, LinkedIn) and San Antonio Caltrain. Biking distance to Safeway, Walmart, Best Buy, etc.
- Two story, 900 sq ft unit. 2 Bedroom + 1.5 bath. Tenant will be sharing upstairs bathroom with my sister. Full kitchen and dining room. I'll occupy partitioned off living room downstairs.
- Washer dryer inside unit. They're right next to the bathroom upstairs.
- The building itself is a little old but the landlords are a sweet couple that's very helpful and punctual.
- Tenant has an assigned parking spot right in front of the townhouse.
- Room is fully furnished with the bed and desk shown in the picture. Mattress is queen size and is in good condition.
A little bit about us
- I'll be basically working / living at my office next few months, so I'll rarely be in the house during the week.
- My sister just graduated and will be working for Teach For America in Sunnyvale. She's super sweet and easy going.
