$1200 Room available in gorgeous 5 bed, 3.5 bath Palo Alto house

We are looking for one roommate (or two - if you and a friend would like to share the master bedroom) to share our awesome 5 bedroom house! 3.5 bathrooms, a great kitchen, living room, dining room, breakfast nook, and a backyard perfect for grilling, with a couple of fruit trees and vegetable planters.

About Us: We are 2 guys and 2 girls, all mid-20s and Stanford grads working in the area/finishing grad school. We love to have friends over and cook together, but realize that work also keeps us pretty busy. We are fun and sociable, and our interests include swing dancing/social dance, theatre, random engineering projects, the start-up scene, diablo, sailing, juggling, ultimate frisbee, etc.

Our kitchen is Kosher (ie please no pork, and as long as unkosher food is not cooked in the kitchen it is ok in the house). Right now we have a mix of practices, from roommates who are very observant to those that never kept Kosher before, and it works out fine. We just ask that everyone respect the rules of our kitchen. Don't hesitate to ask any questions!

About you: You are really cool, courteous/respectful, eager to be a part of a strong community, and someone for whom bacon is not a vital food. Prefer long-term roommates, but renting month to month with the understanding that you will find a replacement if you move on to greener (or less greener, did I mention we have a lawn in our backyard?) pastures. Four other roommates are excited to live together, lookin' for someone who feels the same :)
