Hello! I'm subletting my room for the month of November, since I'll be out of the country. It will be available from November 3rd to December 3rd. The utilities are included in the price 1200. I'm asking 100 as a deposit. It is a lovely furnished room and house, you need to see to appreciate it. The house is occupied with 2 young and friendly professionals females (Pos doc at Stanford, 28 yrs; Social worker at VA, 29 yrs) and a small and cute dog. We keep a friendly enviroment and overnight guest is ok. The house has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathroom, 2 floors, W/D in unit, plenty of parking in the street and a lovely backyard. It is located in front of google and 10 min biking from Mountain View Caltrain Station (20 min drive to Stanford).
