$1200 room Nov 15 to Dec 15 or long term, 4 miles from Stanford campus

I am subletting my room for the period of Nov 15 to Dec 15 (or a part of it). It is possible to stay longer term afterwards if needed.

The room is situated in a large 4 bedroom 2.5 bathroom house located near Ikea, Mi pueblo, Home depot, etc, right off 101 highway. Bus 280 is 3 minutes on foot and bus 296 is 10 minutes on foot. Stanford campus is 15 minutes away by car and 25 minutes away by bike.

The room has a large walk-in closet and is furnished by a double-size bed, a small desk and a chair, and two night stands (sheets and towels are also available). The house is very clean and there is a strict no-shoe policy inside the house. No pets, no smoking.

You will have a full bathroom shared with a male professional (who is probably leaving in a couple of weeks). An equipped full kitchen is available.

The rent for Nov 15 to Dec 15 is $1200 (below the real price and negotiable, including everything, utilities internet, cleaning lady, etc). The rent after mid December will be around $1400.
