You'll have your own room and bathroom in a convenient downtown Menlo Park apartment. Rent includes your bedroom, walk-in closet, private bathroom, fully furnished bedroom and common rooms, and access to a shared kitchen (with dishwasher) and patio. You can't beat the location. It's in downtown Menlo Park close to restaurants, groceries, farmer's market, and public transportation. Stanford is only 2 miles away (just 12 minutes by bike). You definitely do NOT need a car to live here with close proximity to Caltrain, free shuttles and buses. Perfect for a visiting scholar or someone relocating and needs an affordable, convenient place. Just bring your suitcase and move right in!

You will have 1 roommate who is a chill, friendly and clean early 20s young professional. Females STRONGLY preferred. NO couples, sorry.

Rent depends on length of stay:
$1250 + utilities if you plan to stay for 3-6 months
$1200 + utilities if you plan to stay for 6+ months
Move-in Aug 15th (or sooner). Lease is month-to-month with preference for longer stays
**There is also a possibility for a commuter arrangement prorated based on the number of days you stay (ie. ~$800 if you stay M-F, etc)
