About the place - The room is available Feb 15th, and can be available sooner. The apartment is a spacious and sunny 2bd/2ba located next to downtown Menlo Park. It also has a beautiful deck perfect for hosting friends or just reading a good book. The available room is the master bedroom with big windows, lots of sunlight, nice closet, and personal bathroom. The outgoing roommate owns the furniture in the living room and eating area, but has offered to let us keep it - any additional furniture is welcome! The room available is unfurnished. Parking spot is included. We'll be signing a 1 year lease together.

It's located 2 blocks from Menlo Caltrain and 2 blocks away from Cafe Borrone, Iberia (delicious tapas) and walking distance to Trader Joes. Awesome location!

I'm a current graduate student studying clinical psychology. I'm 27 and female and over the last few years I've lived in various countries and have shared apartments and gotten along with all types of roommates. I consider myself to be a clean, considerate, reliable, fun, and easygoing roommate. I am generally someone that takes it easy on the weekdays, and on the weekends I love to go and explore the city, go out dancing, go on hikes, be outdoors etc.

I want the house to have a communal feel and feel like home. I am hoping to have a roommate who is around and is interested in socializing, sharing meals, relaxing, and having fun. I'm also very open to sharing food! Looking for a roommate in his or her mid twenties to early thirties. Males or females are welcome :).

Internet and utilities are not included (they're usually about $50/month). No pets or couples.
