$1222 Female Roommate wanted for 4BR/2BA House; prime location

We found out one roommate needs to move out and we are looking to fill this spot ASAP - by the start of November if possible, and for a pro-rated November rent if it happens to take longer.

The room is quite large, and whoever moves in will share the bathroom with another Female (hence why we're asking for a female).

The home is close to Stanford (bike-able), Downtown Palo Alto, farmers markets, Trader Joe's, California Ave, CalTrain, bus stations, the 101, and some great cafes and restaurants!

The roommates are all very laid back. 2 Stanford Masters Students and 1 young professional. The two guys share a bathroom, and there are 2 common areas that are furnished. We hope whoever joins will help foster the home environment, and is open to dinner parties/being social with the other roommates.

The kitchen has all new appliances and a large fridge. There is also a washer and dryer.

The home has a beautiful front and back garden that are cared for each week by a gardener the owner provides/pays for. The fruits are free to the tenants :). There is a park across the street from the home as well.

The lease ends at the beginning of September 2014, so we are looking for someone willing to stay until then. Please only respond if very interested, and if you feel like you'd be a great fit. Let us know a little bit about yourself, and when in the next few days you can come by and meet the roommates/see the place (if out of town - when you can Skype).

Deposit is $1500, Rent is $1222, and Utilities+Internet work out to about $50 per roomie/month.
