Available mid-September. The room is spacious, equipped with a double window sliding door to the side yard and a skylight. Furniture optional.

The house was recently remodeled and has beautiful hardwood floors, tons of natural light, a washer & dryer, fully equipped kitchen, nice backyard (taken care of by gardeners who come weekly), and plenty of street parking. It's a great location--easy access to 101, close to San Antonio Shopping Center, biking distance to Stanford, and less than a mile from Philz Coffee. It's also a great neighborhood for running or biking.

Housemates: A Stanford grad student (me) and two young professionals, all mid-20s. There are currently two girls and two guys, and we're looking to keep that balance if possible. The roommate leaving is female, so ideally we'd replace her with another female (we're also looking for another male to fill one of the the other bedrooms for the same price. We'll be posting another post soon for a start date of Sept. 1st so if you're interested in that also feel free to contact me).

Rent is $1222 + utilities (~$70-90) = ~$1300 total.
