$1225 1 bedroom in a 3br 1ba Charming House in Redwood City

Hello! We just signed a lease for a charming 3 bedroom 1 bath, 1012 sq ft apartment and are looking to fill the third bedroom. It is in Redwood City on the border of Atherton. The house is on a quiet, tree-lined road. It has a front yard, back yard, and washer and dryer in unit. It has a garage for plenty of storage. And the grounds are landscaped -- we even have a lime tree ☺.

About the room:
The room is 11' x 11' large enough to fit a queen size bed with plenty of room left over for a dresser and desk. It also has a large, deep closet 5.5' x 3'. The room has two windows and hardwood floors. The house is currently unfurnished (pictures are from when the house was modeled).

About us: We are two friends (ladies) in our mid 20's and 30's who both have full-time jobs. One is a geography professor at a nearby college and the other is a post-doctoral fellow at Kaiser. We are excited about this house because the inside has great character and the outside space is perfect to hang string lights and have a fire pit ☺ We have busy careers and like to have a nice, relaxing space to come home to. It would also be great to cook dinners together once in a while and make a vegetable garden in the back yard. We also have a mature, 6-lb cat who is de-clawed and shaved so she will not scratch anything or shed. She sleeps most of the day and will be crated in one of the bedrooms. We keep the common areas clean and free of clutter.
