I am a F, 25, recent Stanford alum '2011, like my place clean and tidy and won't be using the apartment's kitchen except for the refrigerator and microwave (Yes, I dont plan to cook!). So no issues on cleanliness at all :) BTW am Indian & a vegetarian, but open to anyone as long as non smoking/no drugs/ and of course, a single FEMALE only. Also, I am quite easy going, and get along with most ppl!

I am occupying the bedroom on the right. Though I will start furnishing the place pretty soon, you are welcome to get common areas furnishings if like and already have any. Also, as this is the bedroom with attached bath, I am paying more for it!
