Potential roomie! A 13x13 bedroom in this 4 bed/2 bath house will be available starting September 1st, 2016. One of our roommates is moving out, and we're looking to replace her with someone who doesn't suck.

me, male mid 30s grad student at Stanford, then two 20-something gentlemen professionals, one in tech and the other in some private equity thingy. I just call him a stockbroker because it's easier and finance scares and confuses me. We're all pretty damned good people who get along with pretty much anyone, but our roommate that is leaving us is amazing. We want someone who can come into the fold, not just be a tenant.
The Catch:
No kids, no undergrads... no one under 25, really. If you are, you better come with a compelling email!
No summer leases, or anyone looking for less than a year of housing.
No couples
No new pets. The one cat alone is enough allergens, and he haaaaates dogs. I mean, he's blind and he usually doesn't know when one is in the room, but still.
Utilities are about $150/mo rough estimate
EDIT: We're getting a lot of responses, so we need more efficient ways to judge you. Our professional roommate wants your linkedin profile, which is reasonable and pragmatic, like him. I'm more of a abstract fatalist, so I require you to submit your spirit animal (patronus for you geeks) for review.
