$1250 / 150ft2 - Live in a co-op in the heart of San Francisco

I am looking for someone to take my spot at the Negev Folsom co-op in SOMA. I have loved my time and have never met anyone who has regretted living here.

There are about 70 people who live in the co-op--a diverse group of young people, many international, and predominantly working in tech. The co-op has served as a great transition for me from college and I've met some of my favorite people here. It's conveniently located and extremely accessible to public transportation (7 minute walk from Civic Center bart, 15 minute walk from Caltrain). I am currently living in a fully furnished double room priced at $1250/month. There are opportunities to reduce your monthly rent by 10 percent by hosting two or more social activities for the house.

Anyone can apply to the co-op on the Negev page but there's usually a long waiting list. I am looking for someone to take my place in my double room as soon as possible so you will have no wait. We can meet up and I'll give you a tour of the co-op and introduce you to some of my friends [tenants] and the house manager, Laura.
