The apartment is in a safe and convenient neighborhood. Heater,

parking included (Plenty of street parking as well).

Convenient access to public transportation (bus and caltrain),
restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping centers. 20 min
bike ride to Stanford main quad. < 20 minutes drive to the
major companies (Google bus stop nearby). Easy access
to Hwy101. Ideal for who works in Palo Alto, Stanford,
Menlo Park, and other nearby area.

I'm 35, an easy-going and tidy male researcher working at
Stanford. Looking for a friendly and responsible male/female
roommate.

Monthly rent $1250 + $50 utility/internet + $1300 security
deposit. Room is available starting October 15th. Long term
