A beautiful temporary room is available beginning April 15 and ending June 1st (ending date is flexible) and it is a part of a 4 br / 2 ba house, visible from the 22nd street Caltrain, near cafes & restaurants in Dogpatch. Sharing the house are 3 of the nicest friends that I have ever met. They are really great and I need to find somebody who is just as kind, friendly, and respectful as they are.

Rent/roommate: $1250 + utilities
Parking: tons of street parking
Perks: huge, unfurnished bedroom, classic large bay window, deck, garage storage, laundry in garage, backyard, did I mention it's a 3 minute walk to the Caltrain? (tennessee at 22nd)
Fun fact: the landlord was married in this room
