Rent includes your own bathroom, walk-in closet, full furnishings, and access to a shared patio. You can't beat the location. It's in downtown Menlo Park close to restaurants, groceries, farmer's market, and public transportation. Stanford is only 2 miles away (just 12 minutes by bike). There is no additional parking space so hopefully you don't have a car.

About me:
I am a very motivated, clean, and responsible mid-twenties female. My hobbies include cycling, yoga, and cooking. I am involved in absolutely no drugs or smoking, and I have no pets (not allowed in the complex).
About you:
My ideal roommate will be a graduate student or young professional (no couples, please). Preferably female. I would prefer someone that I would get along with well and could enjoy a glass of wine with, but who is independent and stays busy.

Rent:
$1250 + utilities (PG&E, internet)
Move-in date is flexible but will ideally be around 10/26/12

I'm looking for a long-term roommate (preferably 6+ months), but exact duration is flexible. Please respond with some info about yourself (more than "Is it still available?") and we'll go from there.
