1250$/month, room in a 2BR/1BA appartment, free in July, Palo Alto

Hi,
I (postdoc, female) am looking for a flatmate for a 1-year lease, afterwards month-to-month. The lease starts in July. 2.5 miles to Stanford.

The free room has a closet, otherwise the room is unfurnished. The common area (living room, kitchen) is furnished, but has space for additional furniture if required. The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave and oven. The rent (1250$) includes internet, water and electricity. Please, no pets and no smoking
