My current roommate got engaged and is moving out with her fiance. So I'm looking for a female roommate to share a bright top floor corner unit apartment available on September 6th.
Location is very close to the 101 (Ralston exit), right across from the Caltrain station, 2 minutes from a Safeway and a short drive to the San Carlos and San Mateo downtown areas. It is near companies such as Oracle, Novartis and Gilead Sciences.
The apartment complex includes 2 swimming pools, a gym and your own parking spot. You'd have a private bathroom and bedroom (9 ft x 13.5 ft) and rent will be $1250 out of $2650 total. Common areas are lightly furnished but you are welcome to add your furniture as long as they fit!
About me:
I'm a mid-20s female engineer Stanford grad working in the pharmaceutical industry for the past two years. In my spare time I like to watch shows on Hulu/Netflix, try new foods and play board games. Overall I'm a pretty quiet, responsible young professional and look for the same in a roommate.
