$1250 Single Room Shared Housing in San Francisco

We are looking for a roommate to fill a well-lit room in the Inner Richmond. Move-in date around the end of January or early February.

Rent:
$1250/month, plus utilities/internet/cleaning/etc., which usually comes out to ~$70 all told.

Location:
At 19th Ave and Fulton. Only a block away from the Muni 5/5R, which runs to Market and comes often. Close to Golden Gate Park and the restaurants and shopping on Geary.

Room:
Spacious. Bay windows. Comes furnished with a bed and frame that has a lot of storage. (The bed & frame belong to the landlord.)

Amenities:
Excellent range in the kitchen if you like to cook. Washer/dryer on site. Interior was remodeled very recently. We are the first tenants since the unit was converted to a rental.

Roommates:
One male and one female, late 20s, early 30s. Friendly, respectful and looking for the same.

Preference given to female roommates. We’re looking for someone who’s fairly quiet and won’t bring the party home. Sorry, no pets.

First month + security deposit (one month’s rent).
