About the Apartment:
Master bedroom with in-suite bathroom for rent in a two bedroom two bath apartment in Mountain View, near Montecito Ave and Shoreline Blvd. The bedroom is quite large (larger than it looks in the photo). There is more than enough room for a queen size bed, dresser, desk and bookshelves, complete with two large closets and vanity counter.
Kitchen has a garbage disposal and dishwasher. Large living room, balcony. The apartment comes with lots of storage, and extra storage by the parking spot. On-site laundry and pool. The apartment comes with a parking spot, which you can have. The apartment is partly furnished - my current roommate will be moving out with the couch and some chairs. There's plenty of room for your furniture, or we can replace some items together.
Apartment is in a convenient location. It is a very short walk to Safeway (2 minutes), 15-20 minute walk to downtown Mountain View/Castro Street and Cal Train / VTA, and a short drive to Google, Facebook, Apple and Stanford.
About me:
I am a female PhD student at Stanford University. I am clean, quiet, and responsible. I moved here last year from Canada, I’m a vegetarian (I don’t care if you eat meat) and like eating healthy and doing yoga. I am home a lot and keep regular hours.
You:
I am looking for a professional or grad student, female preferred. I prefer someone who is clean, responsible, easy going, open to socializing, but also quiet and doesn't bring home a lot of parties. Willing to consider couples. Non-smoking please. If you are interested please email me and tell me about yourself! References appreciated.
*Must like cats - I have one older, fixed, indoor cat. She is very friendly and house trained; she mostly sleeps all day. I clean up after her and control cat fur by vacuuming 1-2 times a week. Sorry, but we are not looking to share the apartment with another cat or dog.
