$1295 - Private bedroom in downtown SF

We have a single room available in downtown San Francisco from May 1 – Aug 21. We’re at the intersection of Chinatown and Nob Hill, a walking distance to SOMA/Financial District (no need for public transport if you are working there) and Union Square (very accessible shopping). Easy access to Bart and Muni as well, connecting you to almost everywhere else in SF. Rent is $1295 with utilities included.

The apartment:

• Two bedrooms and one bathroom
• Small kitchen; gas stove and oven
• No living room

The bedroom you would be living in comfortably fits a twin size bed (and desk, drawers, etc), or a full size bed with room to spare. You will be sharing with a female roommate.
