$1295 Room Available Now in Downtown San Francisco!

I have a single room available in downtown San Francisco available starting August 23. The apartment is located at the intersection of Chinatown and Nob Hill, a walking distance to SOMA/Financial District (no need for public transport if you are working there) and Union Square (very accessible shopping). Easy access to Bart and Muni as well, connecting you to almost everywhere else in SF. Rent is $1295 with utilities included.

The bedroom you would be living in comfortably fits a twin size bed (and desk, drawers, etc), or a full size bed with room to spare. You'll be sharing the apartment with one female roommate. Please note that there is no living room.

A little bit about me: I am a female in my mid-20s, currently working at a small start-up. I majored in psychology and human biology. I am somewhat of a night owl, but I am generally busy during most of the day. I like to go out to eat often and am oftentimes with friends around the city! I'm pretty chill, and am looking for a roommate who is equally chill and respectful.
