Hi there! We're looking for 1 housemate to move into a bedroom in our 3-bedroom, 2.5 bath Redwood City house. The room will be available December 1. It's 10x11 feet, with 2 big windows, a closet, and a bathroom shared with one other male housemate. House amenities include a yard with fruit trees, a big kitchen, an office, washer/dryer, and a 2-car garage that we use as a shop / gym. The house is within a 5-minute walk of downtown Redwood City, an 8-minute walk from Caltrain, a couple of minutes from 101, and a 15-minute drive / 35 minute bike ride to Stanford.
