$1300 - 1 room in brand new 3BR in Bernal Heights area of SF

Hi,

We are 2 recent MS grads (Mechanical + MS&E) and just moved into a new 3 bedroom apartment in Bernal Heights (a block from Cortland, a few blocks from Mission Street, and very close to the 280). We are looking for 1 more person to sign onto a 1 year lease starting June 15th.

The apartment is brand new. We would literally be the first tenants living in the apartment. Each of the rooms are basically the same size with hardwood throughout the apartment. One room does have its own shower/bathroom and walk-in closet, which would make it a little more expensive (probably around $1450). We haven't decided on rooms yet.

The place also comes with a large living room area, brand new kitchen/appliances, in unit washer/dryer, outdoor deck space, and large basement storage area.

The landlord requires a standard rental application + $30 fee for a credit check.

The total move-in costs would be $1300 + $2050 (1/3 security deposit) = $3350

Monthly utilities would be shared.
