We are Stanford Post Doc Researcher + Financial Professional early 30s.
Prefer 25 and older graduates. The home is located in a quiet neighborhood.
The house itself is on the older side, built maybe in the 70's. The location is between Atherton and Redwood City and a part of the City of Menlo Park. Garbage and recycling collection once a week on Mondays.
Utilities vary between 100-150 or so for Water, Power, Internet. We also pay for a cleaner about once a month to clean the house. Cost is $150 split four ways. We are open to reviewing our Internet, cleaners, Netflix, etc. Probably won't be interested in cable television. Owner's son lives behind our unit and is excellent about fixing/replacing broken components around the home.
