$1300 bedroom next to downtown Menlo Park - very fun housemate!

I am looking for a housemate in a 2 bedroom/1 bathroom apartment near downtown Menlo, a few minutes' drive away from Stanford campus. It is also right across the street from a nice park! Apartment is decently spacious, comfortable, and in a great location. I am very nice and appreciate cleanliness. Move in date is flexible through November, but I'd like someone to move in by December 1.
