Tranquil landscaped back yard with an awesome babbling waterfall and fish pond, hammocks for relaxing.
Once again... Only replies with phone numbers will be responded to. The room could rent quickly. I look forward to speaking with you. Thank you for reading this ad. Welcome to Mountain View!. Looking forward. Deb
BTW - I help everyone that contacts me. Here is what I know, just the facts. Our location is the best in Mountain View. We are on the north side of central/train tracks, easiest access to everything, and safe and quiet. Please note that you do not want to rent on the South side of Central Expressway to El Camino, San Antonio to Shoreline, is the corridor - big crime, very loud train, big traffic jam to get to Google, etc. oldest buildings bed bugs/mites/mold, avoid California St, Latham, big shopping centers, rengstorff park area. If the rental maps are just circles, beware, they don't want to give the specific street name due to its reputation. Also, if there are no pictures of furniture in the ad, these are prop. mgr. developers and won't live on site and don't screen for your other roommates. You won't know the strangers character of who you are living with and the new build, is not new, just faux fix over mold. This is the newest scheme. If they want you to sign a lease, ask to see the original with the owners signature. If they get mad, there's something fishy. If they say they are located downtown, the rental will not be on California street, but located off of downtown Castro street. You can always check out Mountain View Voice, 2nd or 3rd pg. lists crime. Also google mountain view crime. I hope this helps. I've heard so many horror stories over the years. Be well. Peace.
