$1300 - Furnished Mountain View Room - walk to downtown Castro Street

Hey potential roommate! We are looking for new housemates for our Mountain View home.

Location: In the heart of Mountain View. A short 20 minute bike to google, 20 minute drive to Stanford, and most importantly a 7 minute walk to Chipotle. You can walk to the bars and entire area of downtown mountain view as well.

In unit washing machine and Dryer. Multiple refrigerators.

The rooms: Several completely furnished rooms available between $1400-$1650!

Roommates: Culture and community are important to us. You will be living with respectful and like-minded young professionals, mostly working at Stanford or other local tech companies, who want to work hard and have a place to relax and socialize at home.

** You:** We're looking for roommates that can be a net positive in the house. You don't need to be extroverted or hang out all the time, but we look for a cooperative mentality, open attitude, and interesting people who can contribute to conversation.

We screen heavily and really work hard to make a community that fits well together. We'd rather have a room vacant than have someone who we don't like living in the house. Currently living here is a gal working at google, a guy working at apple, a guy working the night shift at nest, and a harvard postdoc doing research at intel.

Logistics: Sign a month to month lease (we wont raise the rent on you for at least 6 months though and after that point, any increase will be exactly what our landlord passes onto us)! Utilities shared among housemates. Common areas furnished, kitchens is ready.
