$1300 Master bedroom + private bathroom near downtown (mountain view)

The Situation

One of our roommates is getting married in June and moving out on May 18th. So we're looking for someone to move into his room any time after that.

The Location

It's a 4 bedroom 2 bathroom house in a nice, quiet neighborhood in Mtn View. Walking distance to two parks, and close enough to downtown Castro st to walk to, but not so close that people are stealing our parking spots all the time ;)

The Bedroom

I don't know the sq foot, but the bedroom is huge. My current roommate fits a California king bed, desk, home theater, couch, and 2 bikes in his room comfortably. So it's big. It also has a skylight that you can open and close, and a walk in closet. The bathroom is pretty standard, Tub/shower and sink.

The House

As for the rest of the house, we have 3 other rooms that are smaller that share the other bathroom. We have a large living room that is mostly empty because none of us have any furniture. We have a dining room table and chairs that came with the house, a couch, and a stripper pole (great core workout!!). We have a large kitchen with a full size washer/dryer, nice backyard w/ patio, front and side yard, and a covered storage area. We have gardeners that come over monthly to take care of all the yard work. We also have free internet from my work, no cable TV. We split other utilities like power, water, trash, etc. It ends up being about $50/person per month.

About Us

As for roommates, we currently have a 32 male, 29 male, and 24 female. The 32m and 29m work together at a tech startup here in mtn view, and the 24f just graduated from Stanford and is going to work in some big company near SF. The 29 male is never home, he basically lives with his gf. So you'll probably only see the 32m and 24f. We are fun but respectful of everyone's space. The 32m usually wears headphones in his room when he's home, and the 24f is either studying, cooking, or reading. We don't have to be best friends, but it would be nice to be able to come home and catch up with each other occasionally. Also, If you'd like to hang out, we like to go dancing sometimes to local clubs or sf on the weekends and you'd be welcome to join us. But if you just want to do your own thing that's fine too :)

About You

As for who we're looking for, ideally you'd be in your 20s or early 30s, student or young professional, male or female, fun, responsible, easy to get along with, and looking for a place for more then a few months. Would prefer someone who doesn't smoke, doesn't drink heavily or do drugs, doesn't want to throw parties or large gathering at the house (we party, but let's mess up a club, not our house ;) Also no pets allowed.
